Las Vegas Communities
Community is Very Important

With Las Vegas being one of the fastest growing cities in the United States,
it's important if your company is transferring you to the Southern Nevada Market
to understand the Area. Sin City has been known for its gambling, sexy night
clubs, free buffets and hot summer nights. But did you know we have some very
beautiful Master Planned Communities in the Valley. Las Vegas is simple in the
lay out of the city, with The Famous Las Vegas Night Life and Strip in the heart
of the city.

With the Strip in the center of Las Vegas, You have to the east of the Strip the
older parts of Las Vegas, with UNLV located nearby. Southeast Las Vegas you have
Henderson and Green Valley communities. West of Las Vegas is the infamous area
developed by Howard Hughes known as Summerlin with beautiful area within it like
Red Rock Country Club. Southwest of Las Vegas is the fastest growing part of the
Valley with communities like Nevada Trails and Mountains Edge. This area also
has Spring Mountain located with in it.

North / Northwest Communities

North / Northwest Communities provides a number of great places to live and is
one of the fasted growing areas of the valley. It is also minutes away from an
Mt Charleston which had many great outdoor activities with skiing in the winter
to enjoying the cool mountain air when the Las Vegas heat is turned up in the
summer.

Aliante is one of newest master-planned communities located near Decatur and
I215 in North Las Vegas.

Camino Del Norte and Elk Horn is located in the Northwest and provides a great
community for first time home buyers.

Centennial Hills is located along US 95, near I215 is another master-planned
community which is becoming a hub for residents in the Northwest, with the
arrival of a new Hospital Centennial Hills is complete.

Kyle Canyon Getway FUTURE PLANNED This planned community of 1,712 acres is
uniquely located in the far northwest at the intersection of I95 just minuntes
from Mt Charleston, Kyle Canyon Rd. turn off.

Los Prados This is a guard gated golf course community located north of Lone
Mountain Rd and east of Jones Blvd. This is the most affordable of all the golf
course communities in Las Vegas it was originally built in the mid 80's.

Painted Desert is one of the original master-planned communities located along
the US95 built in the 80's just south of Centennial Hills situated on a Golf
Desert Golf Club.

Sun City Anthem is best-known for being one of Las Vegas retirement communities
just north of Anthem it has two golf courses at the Revere at Anthem.

Summerlin

Summerlin is in every sense a 25,000 acre master-planned community originally
purchased by Howard Hughes in the 1950s for $0.25 an acre. Summerlin has 17
villages (communities) within it and will be at 30 when completed.

Canyon Gate is located near Sahara and Durango and is home of the Canyon Gate
Country Club, this is a members only club and community.

Desert Shores like The Lakes this community was built around several manmade
lakes which enables its residents to enjoy lots of outdoor activities on the
water.

Peccole Ranch started in the 80's has 12 distinct neighborhoods offering
everything from tree lined streets to condos for the active family.

Queensridge is one of Peccole Ranch's distinct neighborhoods - very upscale with
luxury houses with Classic European design. Many of the homes of this area
surround the Badlands Golf Club.

Red Rock Country Club located in Summerlin is a gated community just south of
the Red Rock National Conservation Area. This community features two Arnold
Palmer Signature golf Courses.

Siena is a gated Retirement community located in the southern part of Summerlin
it features a golf course and a Mediterranean feel and is patterned after the
town of Siena, Italy.

Sun City Summerlin was completed in 1999 and was the first of many age
restricted communities that Las Vegas has become very well known for since the
mid 90's.

Summerlin located to the west has a great selection of shopping and local
casinos with the newly opened Red Rock Station.

The Lakes located west of Las Vegas and on the edge of Summerlin. This community
was one of the original first legs of the western growth in Las Vegas making it
possible for Summerlins growth. And, yes there are manmade lakes within the
community.

Green Valley Henderson

Green Valley is located with Henderson NV just south east of Las Vegas which is
the second fastest growing cities in Nevada. This beautiful community is located
near Boulder City, Lake Mead, and Hoover Damn.

Anthem is located only miles way from the I215 beltway in the Henderson area,
this upscale gated community offers many age restricted area within the
neighborhoods. It has its own private Country Club and Golf Courses.

Green Valley Ranch this master planned community features 30 small villages and
is nestled in the Henderson hills. It was originally started in the mid 80's

Inspirada this community is one of the newest boasting a complete life style
with everything from shopping to its very own coffee cafe. Located in the heart
of the Green Valley it has very unique homes and neighborhoods.

Lake Las Vegas is a very upscale community in the Henderson Green Valley area
along side Lake Las Vegas it features a Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Course. You
would think you were visiting a land far away with its Italian Village.

MacDonald Ranch Is a community that features several neighborhoods including the
upscale MacDonald Highlands and Sun City MacDonald Ranch. This community has its
own golf course and mountain views.

Seven Hills located in the Deep South part of the valley with Tuscan-styled
villages in the rolling hills of the McCullough Mountain Range. This community
feature beautiful views of the Las Vegas skyline and strip.

Sun City Anthem is one of the newest age restricted communities in the Henderson
Valley, it is located near Anthem offers very beautiful neighborhoods and places
for its residents to be active.

Solera at Anthem is a sister community to Sun City Anthem and it also offers all
of the same amenities to active seniors.

Tuscany This guard gated golf community by Rhodes Homes is located on the east
side, in Henderson on the Highway going to Lake Las Vegas.

Southwest Las Vegas

Southwest Las Vegas was a slow mover when it came to development until the 2003
rush to build and buy in Las Vegas. Now its one of the hottest spots for
commercial, retail, and residential growth in Las Vegas.

Mountains Edge is a beautiful community to the southwest of Las Vegas these
neighborhoods will encompass many of the things that made Las Vegas famous in
the early days featuring a lot of historical elements of Las Vegas.

Rhodes Ranch is located in the Spring Mountains and is along the I215 in the
southwest which is minutes from the Las Vegas and the McCarran Airport. It is a
gated community that features its own private golf course.

Southern Highlands is a great escape from the day-to-day grind of a city located
to the southwest of Las Vegas off of the I15. Southern Highlands is the home to
the Southern Highland Golf Club.
