Montechiaro

Summerlin's newest exclusive active adult village, Montechiaro by Westmark Homes is taking shape. Located on 52 acres at the southwest corner of Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive, this mid-rise neighborhood will offer three attached luxury housing options that range from 1,200 to 2,900 square feet. The anticipated price range is $350,000-$800,000.

Plans for Montechiaro include multiple three-and four-story Mediterranean-inspired buildings situated around a 35,000 square foot clubhouse.
