Las Vegas Land
As the Las Vegas valley continues to grow, so does the need for new neighborhoods. It is generally accepted that Las Vegas is divided by the I-15, which separates the east side and the west side. Most of the older neighborhoods are within 5 miles of the Las Vegas strip and are primarily on the east side of the Las Vegas. Over the last 15 years, Las Vegas has been the fastest growing city in the country and an expansion the Las Vegas neighborhoods has included new golf home developments, master planned communities, lake developments, senior living, condo/town homes and the newest trend urban high rise living. Many of the master planned communities are much larger than single builder developments, with multiple builders on 1000+ acre parcels of land. These master planned communities have shopping, schools, parks, hiking trails, lakes, golf courses and restaurants, just to name a few of the amenities most neighborhoods provide. Many people outside of Las Vegas think that the Strip is all that is in Las Vegas, but it is these fast growing communities that really make Las Vegas a great place to live.
