The Paseos

The Paseos is a nearly 400-acre residential village west of the 215 Beltway with homes that draw their architectural inspiration from the Hacienda and Mission styles. The Paseos is best known for its paseo trail system that runs from the southern to the northern border of the village and its large neighborhood park. The Canyons is a 750-acre village designed around the 18-hole, championship Tournament Players Club at The Canyons, a public, daily-fee TPC golf course that features ruggedly dramatic desert topography and unparalleled mountain and city views. The Canyons is one of Summerlin's most prestigious, exclusive villages and is characterized by its impressive natural paseos and rock outcroppings. The Vistas

The Vistas, an 800-acre European-inspired village, is situated just west of the 215 Beltway on elevated topography that offers views of the Las Vegas Strip to the east and mountain views of Red Rock National Conservation Area to the west. The village’s northern and southern entries are marked by parks and 48-foot clock towers, which have become famous Summerlin landmarks. The Ridges

Nestled against the picturesque foothills of the Spring Mountains, The Ridges village is one of the country's most coveted guard-gated luxury communities. The nearly 800-acre village features luxury and custom home neighborhoods, a 10,000-square-foot private resident clubhouse and the world’s first Jack Nicklaus replication golf course - Bear’s Best Las Vegas, which features copies of famous signature holes from Nicklaus-designed courses.

Montechiaro

Summerlin's newest exclusive active adult village, Montechiaro by Westmark Homes is taking shape. Located on 52 acres at the southwest corner of Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive, this mid-rise neighborhood will offer three attached luxury housing options that range from 1,200 to 2,900 square feet. The anticipated price range is $350,000-$800,000.

Plans for Montechiaro include multiple three-and four-story Mediterranean-inspired buildings situated around a 35,000 square foot clubhouse. The design of the Clubhouse currently features a conference room, business center, arts and crafts room, multi-purpose ballroom, gallery, coffee and snack bar, catering kitchen, card and billiard rooms, an exercise facility, aerobic/Pilates studio, steam/sauna rooms, a wellness center, and an indoor pool.
